Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced


Directions:
In bowl, whisk together, 1/2 cup warm water, soy sauce, ketchup, lemon juice, and garlic. I like to add a couple of sliced green onions.
