Teriyaki Sauce 2

Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 to 1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 TBS cornstarch


Directions:
Combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger and cornstarch; whisk to mix well.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

Cool to room temperature. Yield: about 1-1/2cups sauce.
